T Plasticroad Concept Cold Bay Une révolution dans la construction de routes

Le concept de route en plastique est une idée récemment développée qui implique la création de routes à partir de plastique recyclé. Il présente une structure routière préfabriquée, modulaire et creuse, toutes caractéristiques qui rendent le processus de construction routière plus rapide, plus facile et plus pratique par rapport aux techniques traditionnelles de construction routière. Le PlasticRoad a des espaces creux qui peuvent stocker de l'eau temporairement pour contrôler les inondations. Les espaces peuvent également être équipés de câbles et de tuyaux de transit, réduisant ainsi les dommages causés par l'excavation. Le concept technique
Il y a encore beaucoup de recherches en cours sur le PlasticRoad. La rigidité de la route est encore à l'étude. Il peut cependant être amélioré en ajoutant du sable ou de la pierre concassée à la surface du plastique pour augmenter la traction. La route n'aurait aucun problème avec une exposition prolongée au soleil ou aux rayons UV car le matériau plastique recyclé a fait preuve de tolérance à ces conditions.

The plastic road concept is a recently developed idea that entails the creation of roads from recycled plastic. It features a prefabricated, modular and hollow road structure, all features that make the process of road construction faster, easier and convenient compared to traditional road construction techniques. The PlasticRoad has hollow spaces that can store water temporarily to control flooding. The spaces can also be fitted with transit cables and pipes, reducing excavation damages to them. Other plausible applications are the installation of sensors, heating roads, and even electrical charging of cars.

THIS CONCEPT WAS CONCEIVED TO ADDRESS PROBLEMS SUCH AS PLASTIC WASTE, INCREASED NEED FOR MOBILITY, EXTREME PRECIPITATION, AND A CROWDED SUBSURFACE.

The Technical Concept

There is still much research being put into the PlasticRoad. The stiffness of the road is still being investigated. It can, however, be enhanced by adding sand or crushed stone to the surface of the plastic to increase traction. The road would have no problems with prolonged exposure to the sun or UV light as the recycled plastic material has shown tolerance to these conditions.
